Blue Monday Antidote

Once again we will be holding our 'Blue Monday Antidote' event, but this year in advance of Blue Monday to give you strategies to improve your wellbeing in advance. Join the Saltwells wardens and the Friends of Saltwells Nature Reserve in a range of walks and activities to chase the blues away at what can be a cold and miserable time of year.
