The ribbon was cut and the plaque unveiled as Saturday 13th June saw the official opening of Saltwells Community Herb Garden! The Friends of Saltwells were joined by representatives from Quarry Bank in Bloom, and once the gardens were opened our visitors perused and sampled the herbs on site. The Herb Garden is fully accessible to the local community, who are welcome to pick herbs from the garden to take home to add to their cooking. We hope the garden will be productive and

We've been busy at Saltwells! Thanks to a donation from Quarry Bank in Bloom we have created a Community Herb Garden at the Wardens' Base. Come along and join us at our official opening. We will have herby treats for you to sample, along with other refreshments. We also have a limited number of herb plants to give away!
